Rate of Pay for Vacations. The rate at which vacation is paid shall be the employee's current regular monthly rate of pay at the time vacation is taken.

Rate of Pay for Vacations. The rate at which vacation is paid 5 shall be the unit member's current rate. A unit member whose vacation is earned 6 and begun under a given status shall suffer no loss of earned vacation salary by 7 reason of subsequent changes in condition of employment.
