Employment Agencies Prior to enlisting the services of an employment agency, the Hospital will attempt to contact part-time staff who would normally perform the duties in question.
Former Agency Employees – Certain Contracts If this Contract is an employment contract, a professional services contract under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, or a consulting services contract under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with Section 2252.901 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor represents and warrants that neither Contractor nor any of Contractor’s employees including, but not limited to, those authorized to provide services under the Contract, were former employees of an HHS Agency during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date of the execution of the Contract.
Re-employment An employee who resigns her position and within sixty (60) days is re-employed, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and shall retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and other fringe benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.
Former Agency Employees Contractor represents and warrants, during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date of the execution of this Contract, none of its employees including, but not limited to those who will provide services under the Contract, was an employee of an HHS Agency. Pursuant to Section 2252.901, Texas Government Code (relating to prohibitions regarding contracts with and involving former and retired state agency employees), Contractor will not allow any former employee of the System Agency to perform services under this Contract during the twelve (12) month period immediately following the employee’s last date of employment at the System Agency.

TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. This provision shall not apply in the instance where the availability of personnel is critical and an appropriate waiver is granted by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.
Re-employment List An employee who is reduced in position, or who is laid off by reason of a reduction in force accomplished pursuant to this Section, shall automatically have his/her name placed on a re- employment list for the position which he/she formerly held. The ranking of names upon such re- employment list shall be in accordance with the employee’s length of service with the City in that position. Such re-employment lists shall have priority for a period of two (2) years over any other eligibility list for such affected position, providing, however, that employees not reinstated within six (6) months after being laid off must pass a pre-employment physical examination prior to reinstatement.
Regular Employment The Employer may fill a position with a regular employment appointment for positions scheduled to work twelve (12) months per year.
Agreement with Respect to Continuation of Group Health Plan Coverage for Former Employees of the Failed Bank (a) The Assuming Institution agrees to assist the Receiver, as provided in this Section 4.12, in offering individuals who were employees or former employees of the Failed Bank, or any of its Subsidiaries, and who, immediately prior to Bank Closing, were receiving, or were eligible to receive, health insurance coverage or health insurance continuation coverage from the Failed Bank ("Eligible Individuals"), the opportunity to obtain health insurance coverage in the Corporation's FIA Continuation Coverage Plan which provides for health insurance continuation coverage to such Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank as defined in Section 607 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (respectively, "qualified beneficiaries" and "ERISA"). The Assuming Institution shall consult with the Receiver and not later than five (5) Business Days after Bank Closing shall provide written notice to the Receiver of the number (if available), identity (if available) and addresses (if available) of the Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank and for whom a "qualifying event" (as defined in Section 603 of ERISA) has occurred and with respect to whom the Failed Bank's obligations under Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA have not been satisfied in full, and such other information as the Receiver may reasonably require. The Receiver shall cooperate with the Assuming Institution in order to permit it to prepare such notice and shall provide to the Assuming Institution such data in its possession as may be reasonably required for purposes of preparing such notice.
