Recognition of Credits. The City shall honor PIF credits issued by the County in combined PIF districts that include city incorporated areas. The County shall honor PIF credits issued by the City in combined PIF districts that include County unincorporated areas. PIF credits continue to be restricted to the original district area in which the credit was issued.

Recognition of Credits. At the end of the students’ final evaluations and, within a short period, the host university will send each student's academic record to the home university. Recognition of academic work done by the student during the exchange period will be at the discretion of the home institution.
Recognition of Credits. The University shall recognize, in the forms and with the methods already provided for by its Regulations, training activities engaged in by its students at the Institute, upon resolution of the appropriate Academic Department Committees relevant to each specific case. Students of the Institute, upon resolution of the Committees of the relevant academic department, program, or Master degree and in accordance with arrangements to be agreed from time to time and in full compliance with the relevant regulations, will have access to the training activities of the University at the various levels for which they are prepared (Bachelor, Master, Doctoral Programs, Master etc.).

  • Application of credit balances Each Creditor Party may without prior notice: (a) apply any balance (whether or not then due) which at any time stands to the credit of any account in the name of the Borrower at any office in any country of that Creditor Party in or towards satisfaction of any sum then due from the Borrower to that Creditor Party under any of the Finance Documents; and (b) for that purpose: (i) break, or alter the maturity of, all or any part of a deposit of the Borrower; (ii) convert or translate all or any part of a deposit or other credit balance into Dollars; (iii) enter into any other transaction or make any entry with regard to the credit balance which the Creditor Party concerned considers appropriate.

  • Transfer of Credits The receiving institution will accept 60 credits from the sending program. A total of 62 credits remain to complete the receiving program.

  • Advance of Credits Where an employee has insufficient credits to permit the granting of special leave within the meaning of this Article, leave up to a maximum of five (5) days may, at the discretion of the Employer, be granted, subject to the deduction of such advance leave from any special leave credits subsequently earned. Should the employee leave prior to earning sufficient credit, any outstanding leave paid shall be recovered.

  • Extension of Credit For the purposes hereof, each drawdown, rollover and conversion shall be deemed to be an extension of credit to the Borrower hereunder.

  • Transcription of Credit For dual credit courses, high school as well as college credit should be transcripted immediately upon a student's completion of the performance required in the course. [TAC 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter D, §4.85 (h)]

  • Conditions to Each Extension of Credit The agreement of each Lender to make any extension of credit requested to be made by it on any date (including its initial extension of credit) is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:

  • All Extensions of Credit The obligation of Lenders to make any Credit Extension hereunder (including the initial Credit Extension) is subject to the following additional conditions precedent:
