Any defects, inconsistencies, or issues arising out of operating outside the parameters set forth therein may not be supported by Sage and may require You to pay additional maintenance/update costs to Sage to rectify.

RECOMMENDED ENVIRONMENT. This Program has been designed to work optimally in the environment documented within the Documentation. Any defects, inconsistencies, or issues arising out of operating outside the parameters set forth therein may require You to pay additional maintenance/upgrade costs to Sage to support and/or rectify. This Program uses Paradox as the exclusive database format. The Microsoft SQL and MSDE database formats that were available in select prior versions of Sage Timeslips are not available in this Program. This Program includes the ability to migrate these databases to the Paradox format. If You have licensed an upgrade to the Program but do not wish to migrate Your Microsoft SQL or MSDE database to the Paradox format, You may return the software within sixty (60) days from Your payment of the associated license fee, as evidenced by Your receipt, and Sage will refund the license fee.
RECOMMENDED ENVIRONMENT. Any modification, derivative work, translation, or adaptation to the MATERIALS or the Subscription Services by CUSTOMER shall be subject to a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable worldwide license to PEARSON in and to same. CUSTOMER agrees to promptly report to PEARSON all defects, inconsistencies, or issues arising from the MATERIALS and the Subscription Services. CUSTOMER acknowledges that additional maintenance fees and upgrade costs may accrue in the event that PEARSON provides support for and/or is requested by CUSTOMER to rectify issues related thereto.

  • Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.

  • Responsibility for Environmental Contamination 5.20.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard that either Party did not introduce to the affected Work Location.
