Records and Progress Reports. ARIS shall keep full and accurate records of all of its labor hours and reimbursable expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement. ARIS shall provide access to such records upon Customer's reasonable request. ARIS will make periodic status or progress reports to Customer at such times and in such form as is mutually agreed in the applicable Work Order.

Records and Progress Reports. At mutually agreeable times during the Development Program, the Project Managers of both Parties will meet, at least by telephone, to compare the status of the development. Each Party will maintain and distribute, approximately bi-monthly during the course of the Development Program, a written progress report in a form reasonably mutually acceptable, which shall include any matter anticipated to delay completion of any Milestone and the reason for, and anticipated extent of, such delay.

Such records will be available for audit ninety (90) days after the event and remain available for four (4) years after the termination date and for four (4) years after completion of all work authorized hereunder. ARIS will make periodic progress reports to Customer at such times and in such form as is mutually agreed in the applicable Work Order.
Records and Progress Reports. The Sublessee shall maintain copies of all requisition forms and Project Contracts, including but not limited to subcontracts, purchase orders and procurement documents, and provide copies to the State and the Assistance Board upon request. All such documents and records relating to the Project shall be retained by the Sublessee during the term of this Sublease and shall be provided to the State upon request. Certain information regarding the Sublessee’s obligation to pay Matching Moneys with respect to its Project is set forth in Exhibit D hereto.

  • Inspection of Records and Reports Every Trustee shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect all books, records, and documents of every kind and the physical properties of the Trust. This inspection by a Trustee may be made in person or by an agent or attorney and the right of inspection includes the right to copy and make extracts of documents. No Shareholder shall have any right to inspect any account, book or document of the Trust that is not publicly available, except as conferred by the Trustees. Licensor and its duly authorized representatives shall have the right, for the duration of this Agreement and for one (1) year thereafter, during regular business hours and upon seven (7) business days advance notice (unless a shorter period is appropriate in the circumstances), to audit said books of account and records and examine all other documents and material in the possession or under the control of Licensee with respect to the subject matter and the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, invoices, credits and shipping documents, and to make copies of any and all of the above. All such books of account, records, documents and materials shall be kept available by Licensee for at least two (2) years after the end of the Annual Period to which they relate. If, as a result of any audit of Licensee's books and records, it is shown that Licensee's payments were less than the amount which should have been paid by an amount equal to *% or more of the payments actually made with respect to sales occurring during the period in question, Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for the cost of such audit and shall make all payments required to be made (along with accrued interest at the rate of *%)) to eliminate any discrepancy revealed by said audit within ten (10) days after Licensor's demand therefore.
