Redundancy Pay. a) An employee is entitled to redundancy pay if the employee’s employment is terminated: (i) by the Company because the company has made a definite decision that it no longer wishes the job the Employee has been doing to be done by anyone and this is not due to the ordinary and customary turnover of labour, and this may lead to termination of employment; or (ii) because of the insolvency or bankruptcy of the Company.
