Reference Checks and Employment Eligibility Sample Clauses

Reference Checks and Employment Eligibility. The DISYS Reference Check Process is thorough and rigorous. Upon identifying potential candidates, Recruiters must complete a comprehensive Reference Checklist that helps us to understand more about a candidate’s behavior, work habits, and skill sets. Candidates must provide a minimum of two professional supervisor references in order to be considered for placement with a client. DISYS is registered with the E-Verify Program for employment eligibility verification. This Program allows DISYS to verify whether newly-hired employees are authorized to work in the United States, by checking the information provided by employees on their Form I-9 against both Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) databases.
