Only the SAP who made the initial evaluation may modify his or her initial recommendations. If the SAP recommends that the driver continue treatment, aftercare or support group services after returning to safety-sensitive duties, the School District may require the driver to participate in the recommended treatment or services as part of the return-to-duty agreement.
