Refund and Return Policy. 10.1. WeTrade does not offer any refund service for all fees received. All application processed for the User will be final and irreversible. 10.2. In return, WeTrade will take all necessary measures to prevent and block both input, and withdrawal by third parties of money from the Account. Input and output of money from the Account can be carried out only by the owner of this Account. 10.3. WeTrade has the right at certain objective reasons and in case of need to make return of money, received through any payment system, including credit/debit cards. Thus, return of money will be executed on electronic purses, and bank details which the User used at input of money. 10.4. With absolute discretion, WeTrade may in exceptional circumstances, make an exception in some cases where it is necessary to refund the payment made by credit card, but only if the User justifies the reason for doing so. The User may submit a refund request in case the service is not provided or is not as described or the service received is not functioning properly. A refund is possible in case the account has been deposited, but no transactions have been made and is made only on the credit card that was used to deposit.

Refund and Return Policy. Client will accept returns of products, and will agree to refunds for Customers who initiate an inquiry or complaint either with SoundClick Inc. or with their credit card issuer. Refund and Return Policy. Sub- Merchant shall process returns of, and provide refunds and adjustments for, Products/ Services sold and Payment collected through Sub-Merchants site in accordance with this Agreement, the Acquiring Banks instructions and Card company’s Rules. The Sub-Merchant understands that all refunds must be routed from the same Acquiring Bank and Payment gateway through which the Transaction was made. In the event that the Sub-Merchant initiates refunds through any other mode, the Sub-Merchant shall be fully liable for all Chargebacks raised in respect of the Transaction refunded. The Sub- Merchant shall (a) maintain a fair return, cancellation or adjustment policy in accordance with type of business; (b) disclose its return or cancellation policy to Customers at the time of purchase, (c) not give cash refunds to a Customer in connection with a card sale, unless required by law, and (d) not accept cash or any other item of value for preparing a card sale refund.

Refund and Return Policy. Marmite Defontes applies a ‘No Refund and No Return’ policy. It means once an order has been processed and the digital files are available to the Licensee, there is no refund and no return possible. No exceptions will apply once an order has been processed and the digital files have already been made available to the Licensee.
Refund and Return Policy. The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability Magwentshu will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. Magwentshu reserves the right to cancel and order for which payment has already been made. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the goods is not up to our standards. Should Magwentshu exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund without any deductions.
