Refund Schedule. The refund schedule is as follows:  Students who withdraw during the first seven (7) days of enrollment (semester) will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid for tuition, fees, and supplies (excluding the nonrefundable application fee). Students who attend beyond the seven (7) day period will be responsible for 100% of the tuition and fee charges for courses attended in the period of enrollment (semester).  The Withdrawal Date for refund computation will be one of the following:  The date Withdrawal/Cancellation Form signed by Student.  The date of withdrawal for unsatisfactory progress.  The date of withdrawal for excessive absences will be the last date of attendance.  The date of involuntary withdrawal by HCI College for actions that the College may deem to be in violation of its policies and procedures. Student must read and initial each of the following sections (I – V).

Students who have signed the JMU Residential Contract for the 2020-2021 academic year will owe and be charged full room rent and appropriate dining charges. Refund Schedule. In the event of official withdrawal from the University, suspension or mutual consent of the parties to terminate this Agreement, the effective date for calculating a refund on a paid dining plan will be the date of official withdrawal or the date of last meal eaten, whichever is later.

Refund Schedule. The AAA offers a refund schedule on filing fees. For cases with claims up to $75,000, a minimum filing fee of $300 will not be refunded. For all cases, a minimum fee of $500 will not be refunded. Subject to the minimum fee requirements, refunds will be calculated as follows: »100% of the filing fee, above the minimum fee, will be refunded if the case is settled or withdrawn within five calendar days of filing.
Refund Schedule. A student who registers for classes and commences studies, but then is granted a Contract Release for any reason during an academic semester will be granted a housing refund according to the refund schedule below. A student who remits, in advance, a payment for housing, but then does not subsequently sign a Housing contract, or does not register for classes and check into housing assignment will be given refund of housing fees (excluding the non-refundable Housing pre-payment).
