Refunds Policy. (a) Any refund of uncollected beverages requires the approval of the licenced venue acknowledging that the ordered beverages and / or food was not provided. The venue will be responsible for all refunds, including any transaction fees.
(b) If you order a beverage and / or food in breach of our terms and conditions, or the beverage and / or food is wasted due to non- collection for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Refunds Policy. 15.1. All End User payment done in accordance with this Agreement are final, and as general rule, no refunds will be given to the End User for Software services used on AWS.

6.3. Mooi Troues will only authorize a refund of an incorrect debit order deduction in the case where Mooi Troues made a mistake with a debit order amount.
Refunds Policy. 14.1 The Courier does not issue refunds under any circumstances other than services paid in advance via cash or credit card specifically related to Cancellation Charges (see 13). Any service paid for by credit card which the Courier approves of a refund (part or full) will have a transaction fee applied of one Australian dollar ($1.00 AU).
Refunds Policy. (a) Customer is eligible for and may request a full refund of its Fees in respect of a Design Project if:
(i) No Designer has accepted their invitation to Design Project by the specified deadline; or
(ii) it requests a refund in writing using the procedure described on the Website (“Refund Request”).
(b) If, during a Design Project, Customer receives a First Look that does not meet the Minimum Design Standards, Customer may request an extension of the submission deadline for the purpose of receiving an additional First Look (the “Additional First Look”).
(c) Customer is eligible for and may request a full refund of its Fees in respect of a Design Project if:
(i) the Additional First Look does not meet the Minimum Design Standards (“Non-compliant Additional First Look”); and
(ii) Customer submits a Refund Request within forty-eight (48) hours of its receipt of the Non-compliant Additional First Look.

Refunds Policy. 8.1 If you cancel your subscription renewal to the Services:
8.1.1 because you have cancelled the Agreement between us within the 14- day cooling-off period (see Clause 43.6 (Right to Cancel) above, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the cancelled Service.
8.1.2 for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us in accordance with Clause 18 (Our right to vary this Agreement) that you do not agree to a change in this Agreement or in any of our policies) will notify you of any applicable refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
8.2 We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your subscription.
