Maintenance Team. 3.14 Shift maintenance staff will be required to engage with and deliver; Targeted multi-skilling aligned with a skills matrix which will deliver full flexibility to enable fault rectification and heavy maintenance schedules. Depot limits SAP 13 role for specified staff. Maintaining competence and maintaining records of self-development. Cleaning and upkeep of work area (duty of care). Rostered shifts Mon-Sun, providing 24/7 cover. Cover lines to be available for greater staff cover. Lunch breaks and rest breaks to be determined by maintenance needs. Provide additional staffing for breakdown / recovery.
