REGISTRATION LICENSING FEES. 37.01 NAV CANADA shall reimburse an employee for his or her payment of registration or licensing fees to an organization, government or governing body when, as determined by NAV CANADA, such registration or license is a requirement for the continuation of the performance of the duties of the employee’s position.

REGISTRATION LICENSING FEES. Upon request of an employee, the Employer shall deduct the annual NSCMLT and CSMLS fees from the employee’s pay. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that all registration/licensing information is submitted to her professional association within the submission deadline dates.
REGISTRATION LICENSING FEES. Where at least seventy-five percent (75%) of employees in a professional designation have opted to have their registration/licensing fees deducted from their pay, the Employer agrees to make such deductions. The amount so deducted shall be forwarded, along with a list of deduction participants to the applicable professional association prior to the submission deadline.
