Autorenewal. You agree that if you paid for any services provided hereunder by credit card or other payment service (such as PayPal), you hereby authorize but do NOT obligate, the Company to automatically charge your credit card or payment service account and renew the applicable service(s) on or before their renewal date using the credit card or other acceptable payment information you have provided to the Company, unless you notify the Company that you do not wish to participate in the Company’s automatic renewal process. The Company must receive notification of your intent to not renew (opt-out) no later than sixteen (16) days prior to the renewal date. In the absence of such notification from you, the Company will automatically renew, for a period of one (1) or two (2) years, as set forth by the applicable registry depending on the TLD or ccTLD of your domain name, any domain that is up for renewal and will charge the credit card or payment service account you have on file with the Company, at the Company’s then current rates. You are solely responsible for the credit card or other payment information you provide to the Company and must promptly inform the Company of any changes thereto (e.g., change of expiration date or account number). If the credit card or payment service account has expired or is otherwise invalid, you are solely responsible for a failure to renew and the Company shall not be liable for your failure.
Autorenewal. Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify AIT of your desire to cancel the Services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services, using your credit card or other billing information on file with us.
Autorenewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained within the Agreement (including, without limitation, any terms and conditions of Company incorporated by reference therein) the term of this Agreement shall not be longer than the Initial Term as set forth in the Agreement. Any applicable taxes will be added to 2-Host's invoice as a separate charge to be paid by you. All fees are non-refundable when paid unless otherwise stated. Late Payment. All invoices must be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice due date. Any invoice that is outstanding for more than seven (7) days may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. If you fail to pay the fees as specified herein, 2-Host may suspend or terminate your account and pursue the collection costs incurred by 2-Host, including without limitation, any arbitration and legal fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees. 2-Host will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account. Domain Payments. It is solely your responsibility to notify 2-Host's Billing department via a support ticket created from xxxxx://xxx.0-Xxxx.xxx/clientarea.php after purchasing a domain. Domain renewal notices are provided as a courtesy reminder and 2-Host is not responsible for a failure to renew a domain or a failure to notify a customer about a domain's renewal. Domain renewals are billed and renewed thirty (30) days before the renew date.
Autorenewal. Unless Customer is notified differently by Aventario Solutions prior to the end of the Term ("Renewal Date"), Customer agrees that Order and this Agreement will automatically: • renew for an additional Term, if the Term is less than one (1) year unless the Customer notifies Aventario Solutions of its will to terminate the Agreement and the Order for convenience until the 15th day of the calendar month prior to the calendar month in which the Term expires at the latest; • or renew for an additional term of one year if the Term is one year or more unless Customer notifies Aventario Solutions of its will to terminate the Agreement and the Order at least three (3) calendar months prior to the first day of the calendar month in which the Term expires; For the avoidance of doubt, if the Term is more than one year, the consequent renewal term shall be one additional year each. Customer hereby authorizes Aventario Solutions to automatically charge Customer for the applicable fees on or after the Renewal Date.
Autorenewal. Each Term shall automatically renew for a subsequent period of the same length as the initial Term unless either party gives the other written notice of termination no less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the current term.

Autorenewal. We will automatically renew your Services (and issue a new Membership Statement) at the end of each Membership Period, unless you tell us not to. Where there is a change in price for Services from the previous Membership Statement we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of the change prior to your renewal date, in order for you to have the opportunity to change your mind. If you do not tell us that you have changed your mind before the renewal date, then the renewal will proceed without further notice to you.
