REGULAR HOURS AND OVERTIME. The regular work shifts shall be as follows for Lieutenants: (a) A day shift commencing between 6 am and 8 am on a staggered or non-staggered basis as the Department may determine; alternate schedules for NIU will be an appropriate agenda item for labor management. (b) An evening shift commencing between 3 pm and 6 pm on a staggered or non-staggered basis as the Department may determine. (c) A night shift as may be established by the Department, commencing between 10 pm and midnight on a staggered or non-staggered basis as the Department may determine.
