Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular part-time employee is defined as an employee who has a work schedule of at least half of the normal work schedule as defined in 7.02a on a year round basis, or who has a work schedule consisting of at least forty (40) hours biweekly on a year round basis, and, who receives half employee benefits.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. Effective 2017 August 21: A regular partRegular Part-time employee Employee is defined as an any employee hired or posted into a Regular Part-time position and who has is regularly scheduled to work a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours in the work schedule of at least half of the normal work schedule as defined in 7.02a on a year round basisweek, or who has a work schedule consisting of at least but less than forty (40) hours biweekly on a year round basis, and, who receives half employee benefitsper week. Preference will be given to qualified Part-time Employees over Auxiliary Employees for all available work. Overtime pay shall not be incurred.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular part-time employee is defined as an employee who has is scheduled to work less than thirty five (35) hours per week but a work schedule minimum of at least half of the normal work schedule as defined in 7.02a twenty four (24) hours per week on a year round basis, or who has regular schedule at a work schedule consisting of at least forty (40) hours biweekly on a year round basis, and, who receives half employee benefitsjob classified by the Employer as regular.

Regular Part-Time Employee.
