Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has successfully completed the probationary period and who works less than full-time but more than 14 hours per week.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who has been assigned to a posted position and works a specific number of hours less than full-time, on a regular basis and who has successfully completed the probationary period and who works less than full-time but more than 14 hours per weekperiod.

Regular Part-Time Employee. An employee who is regularly scheduled for less than forty (40) hours per week and who has successfully completed the required probationary period and who works less than full-time but more than 14 hours per weekperiod.
