Regular Run Layover. Operators on regular turnaround runs will receive a layover payment for all time commencing two hours after their scheduled arrival time at their normal away from home location (at the garage, terminal, or other designated location, depending on the run) until their scheduled departure time (from the garage, terminal, or other designated location, depending on the run) at the rate of $3.00 per hour. When the run includes payment for other work at the layover point, the arrival or departure time will be adjusted for this paid time. A turnaround run is a run that returns an operator to his/her home terminal prior to getting his/her rest. Effective October 1, 2016, the rate paid will be the Minimum Non-Driving Rate. Also, all time between runs will be paid with no duplication of pay.
