REGULAR VACATIONS. (1) The scheduling of regular vacations will continue to be handled on an annual basis in accordance with the terms of the Basic Labor Agreement and prevailing practices. Where operations permit, the Company will consider the scheduling of vacation shutdowns in order to provide the opportunity for prime vacation time to the maximum number of employees.

REGULAR VACATIONS. 12.01 The Company shall, during each year of this Agreement, grant each employee whose first or subsequent anniversary of employment falls within such year a vacation in accordance with this Article.
REGULAR VACATIONS. A. All employees who have less than six (6) years service shall be entitled to a vacation of two (2) weeks during each calendar year.

  • PAID VACATIONS 16.01 An employee in the active employ of the Company shall be entitled to an annual paid vacation pay on the following basis:

  • Banked Vacation Once every five years an employee may bank one full year's vacation to be taken in conjunction with the next year's vacation. For the purposes of this clause, all vacation in the second year must be taken concurrently.

  • Split Vacations Where an employee wishes to split her vacation, her second choice of vacation time shall be made only after all other employees concerned have made their initial selection.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits 31.1.1 An employee shall earn in respect of each fiscal year, annual vacation leave with pay at the following rates for each calendar month in which the employee receives at least seventy-five (75) hours’ pay:

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • ANNUAL LEAVE (VACATION) A. Annual Leave days may be accumulated to a maximum of thirty (30) work days.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.
