Regularly Assigned Yard Service Employees. 34.2 Employees assigned to regular shifts who are required to commence work on second tour of duty within 24 hours of the starting time of a preceding shift paid for at straight-time rate will be paid for the second tour of duty at one and one-half times the straight-time rate.

Regularly Assigned Yard Service Employees. (1) ***Each regularly assigned yard service employee, who meets the qualifications provided in Part (2) hereof, shall receive one basic day's pay at the pro rata rate of the position to which regularly assigned for each of the following enumerated holidays: New Year's Day Washington's Birthday Decoration Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Employee’s Birthday Veteran’s Day (effective 1973) Only one basic day's pay shall be paid for the holiday irrespective of the number of shifts worked.
