Reimbursement and Compensation. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all actual costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the review of Space Plan and Working Drawings for the TI Work. Such review fees shall be limited to the actual costs for the Tenant’s Architect and consultants to review such Space Plan and Working Drawings and shall not include a separate charge for Landlord or its employee or staff time. Landlord may obtain any reimbursement required hereunder by deducting the amount of such reimbursement from the Cash Allowance or the Construction Payment. Upon request, Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with invoices and other documentation supporting its request for reimbursement for time spent by professionals in connection with review of the Space Plan and Working Drawings for the TI Work. Tenant shall be responsible for delays and additional costs incurred by Landlord in completing the Landlord’s Work due to inadequacies in the Working Drawings or Tenant-requested changes to the Landlord’s Work. Landlord shall be responsible for delays and additional costs incurred by Tenant in completing the TI Work due to defects or delays in Landlord’s completion of the Landlord’s Work.
Reimbursement and Compensation. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any and all reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the design and review of the Final Plans (including, without limitation, any conceptual plans and/or working drawings related thereto) for the Tenant Improvements, and Landlord shall be entitled to construction management fee in connection with its supervision of the construction of the Tenant Improvements and administration of the Paint and Carpet Allowance in an amount equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) of the cost of Tenant Improvements. Landlord may obtain any reimbursement or compensation required hereunder by deducting the amount of such reimbursement and/or compensation from the Paint and Carpet Allowance.

Reimbursement and Compensation. (a) The Company will reimburse Consultant for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Consultant in providing Services at the Company’s request from time to time, provided that such expenses conform to the Company’s policies and have been approved in advance by an officer of the Company.
Reimbursement and Compensation. As a material consideration for Consultant to incur the obligations of Consultant under this Agreement and as a material inducement for Consultant to execute and perform its obligations under this Agreement, Client hereby agrees to compensate and reimburse Consultant as follows:
Reimbursement and Compensation. No Member, Manager or any Constituent thereof, nor any officer appointed hereunder, shall receive any compensation from the Company for services rendered to or in connection with the Company or the Project or be reimbursed by the Company for general administrative or overhead expenses.
Reimbursement and Compensation. The Member shall be entitled to receive fees, salary or remuneration for services rendered to the Company, as reasonably determined from time to time by the Member. Additionally, the Member shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses reasonably incurred on behalf of the Company. Such expenses shall include supplies and equipment, rentals, salaries to third persons, insurance, legal services, accounting services, fees or commissions paid to third parties, and similar costs and expenses.

Tenant shall reimburse Landlord ------------------------------ for all actual costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the design and review of Conceptual Plans and Working Drawings for the Tenant Improvements, and Landlord shall be entitled to receive the fee provided in Paragraph 7 of this Exhibit B. Landlord may obtain any reimbursement or compensation required hereunder by deducting the amount of such reimbursement or compensation from Landlord's Contribution.
Reimbursement and Compensation. Met Tower agrees to reimburse the Principal Underwriter for direct expenses incurred by the Principal Underwriter on behalf of Met Tower. Such direct expenses shall include, but not be limited to, (a) commissions and trail commissions payable under selling agreements in connection with the Products among Intermediaries, Met Tower and the Principal Underwriter, (b) the costs of goods and services purchased from outside vendors, (c) travel expenses and (d) state and federal regulatory fees incurred on behalf of Met Tower. The Principal Underwriter shall present a statement after the end of each quarter with respect to expense reimbursement as provided in this Section 10 and the apportionment of other services rendered and the direct expenses incurred in connection therewith. Settlements are due and payable quarterly in arrears within thirty (30) days of presentation of a statement. The Principal Underwriter agrees that its compensation for services rendered hereunder shall be limited to reimbursement of actual expenses.
Reimbursement and Compensation. The City will provide release time, meals, books, tuition and fees, mileage or a City vehicle for all courses required or successfully completed as outlined above except III is limited to release time and fifty percent tuition reimbursement. All reimbursement and Educational Plan approval is subject to the availability of funds.
