Reimbursement and Compensation. The City will provide release time, meals, books, tuition and fees, mileage or a City vehicle for all courses required or successfully completed as outlined above except III is limited to release time and fifty percent tuition reimbursement. All reimbursement and Educational Plan approval is subject to the availability of funds. .
Reimbursement and Compensation. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all actual costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the review of Space Plan and Working Drawings for the TI Work. Such review fees shall be limited to the actual costs for the Tenant’s Architect and consultants to review such Space Plan and Working Drawings and shall not include a separate charge for Landlord or its employee or staff time. Landlord may obtain any reimbursement required hereunder by deducting the amount of such reimbursement from the Cash Allowance or the Construction Payment. Upon request, Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with invoices and other documentation supporting its request for reimbursement for time spent by professionals in connection with review of the Space Plan and Working Drawings for the TI Work. Tenant shall be responsible for delays and additional costs incurred by Landlord in completing the Landlord’s Work due to inadequacies in the Working Drawings or Tenant-requested changes to the Landlord’s Work. Landlord shall be responsible for delays and additional costs incurred by Tenant in completing the TI Work due to defects or delays in Landlord’s completion of the Landlord’s Work.
Reimbursement and Compensation. No Member, Manager or any Constituent thereof, nor any officer appointed hereunder, shall receive any compensation from the Company for services rendered to or in connection with the Company or the Project or be reimbursed by the Company for general administrative or overhead expenses.

Landlord may obtain any reimbursement or compensation required hereunder by deducting the amount of such reimbursement and/or compensation from the Paint and Carpet Allowance.

(a) The Company will reimburse Consultant for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Consultant in providing Services at the Company’s request from time to time, provided that such expenses conform to the Company’s policies and have been approved in advance by an officer of the Company.

Reimbursement and Compensation. The Member shall be entitled to receive reasonable fees, salary or remuneration for services rendered to the Company, as determined from time to time by the Member. Additionally, the Member shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses reasonably incurred on behalf of the Company. Such expenses shall include, without limitation, supplies and equipment, rentals, salaries to third persons, insurance, legal services, accounting services, fees or commissions paid to third parties, and similar costs and expenses.
