Reimbursement for College Hours Earned. College hours - The Board of Directors will reimburse certified employees for approved college hours who were under contract with the Cooperative during the previous school year and who will continue under contract for the next school year. Reimbursement will be for tuition and fees up to $240 per- semester credit hour for graduate hours and $50 for HPEC approved under-graduate hours, not to exceed nine hours per year.
