Reimbursement for Damages. An employee may request reimbursement for the cost of replacement or repair of personal property damaged or destroyed while the employee is engaged in the performance of his/her assigned duties. The maximum reimbursement is $500 per incident based on receipts and/or a police report. The incident must also be reported to the director in charge within forty-eight (48) hours. Reimbursement made under this Article is gratuitous payment and does not indicate that SWWC has accepted liability for the incident.
Reimbursement for Damages. The district will reimburse administrators for willful damages caused to their personal clothing while carrying out their duties during school hours and for willful damages caused to their personal vehicle while it is parked in a school parking lot. Reimbursement is for costs not covered by the administrator’s own insurance. This reimbursement is not applicable to personal property brought to school such as cameras, CD players, etc. that may be stolen or damaged while at school.
Reimbursement for Damages. Lessee will fully compensate Lessor for harm to the Property caused by the acts or omissions of Lessee. This compensation will include reimbursement to Lessor for any diminution in value of or lost revenue from the Premises or other areas of the Property or adjacent or nearby property caused by a Hazardous Substance Release, including damages for loss of, or restriction on use of, rentable or usable property or of any amenity of the Premises or Property, including without limitation damages arising from any adverse impact on the leasing or sale of the Premises or Property as a result thereof.
Reimbursement for Damages. Subcontractor shall immediately reimburse Xxxxxxxxx Chimney for any damages and costs incurred by Xxxxxxxxx Chimney as the result of Subcontractor’s Work.
Reimbursement for Damages. A. The District will provide protection to faculty members by reimbursement of cost of replacing or repairing dentures, eye glasses, hearing aids, and other physical and/or personal property not covered by Worker's Compensation and/or destruction of personal property sustained in the course of maintaining order on school property or a school sponsored function.
B. The District will consider payment of up to $250 for damage to a faculty member’s personal property caused by vandalism during school functions on a case by case basis.
Reimbursement for Damages. An Employee who is required to use his personal vehicle on Sheriff's Department business because a departmental vehicle is not available, shall be reimbursed for damage to his personal vehicle as a result of such use in an amount equal to his personal automobile insurance deductible but not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
Reimbursement for Damages. District/School shall reimburse LACOE for any damages resulting from the use of Outdoor Science School facilities and equipment, normal wear and tear excluded. Reimbursement shall be based upon the actual cost of materials, parts and labor required for repair or replacement. Payment shall be made upon receipt of an itemized invoice.
Reimbursement for Damages. If during the term of this Lease Agreement, the premises or any portion of the grounds are damaged by the act, default or negligence of the LESSEE or its agents, employees, patrons, or any other person or persons admitted to the premises by the LESSEE, the LESSEE shall pay to the SMITTCAMP ALUMNI HOUSE such as shall be necessary to restore the premises to their original condition. The LESSEE hereby assumes full responsibility for the acts and conduct of all persons admitted to the building or any portion of said building or grounds during the period of the agreement, with the knowledge or consent of the LESSEE or its agents or employees or any person acting on behalf of a LESSEE.
Reimbursement for Damages. Lessee will fully compensate Lessor for harm to Lessor’s real or personal property caused by the acts or omissions of Lessee. This compensation will include reimbursement to Lessor for any diminution in value of, or lost revenue from, the Lease Area or other Lessor owned property caused by a Hazardous Substance Release, including damages for loss of, or restriction on use of, rentable or usable property or of any amenity of the Lease Area, including, without limitation, damages arising from any adverse impact on the leasing or sale of all or part of the Project Area as a result thereof.
Reimbursement for Damages. Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for any damages to caused by Licensee or Licensee’s agent’s activities.
