Reimbursement for Graduate Credit. 1. Graduate credit is defined as coming from an Oregon Public University or College (such as PSU, OSU, U of O) and is at the 500 level or above, or coming from an Oregon Private University or College (such as Xxxxx and Xxxxx) that is equivalent to an Oregon Public University or College and is considered a graduate level class, or qualifies for credit towards a graduate or advanced degree. Each regular member shall be reimbursed in full for a maximum of three (3) approved quarter hours of graduate credit each year, accumulative to the dollar amount equivalent to nine (9) credit hours in three (3) years according to the following schedule: Tuition reimbursement amounts:

Reimbursement for Graduate Credit. 1. Each regular teacher may be reimbursed in full up to the prevailing quarter hour tuition rate of the Oregon State System of Higher Education, with prior approval of his/her supervisor, for a maximum of six (6) approved quarter hours of credit each year. Approved hours are those that are part of a planned fifth year program, advanced degree program, administrative recommendations for professional advancement or growth, endorsement completion for a standard license or license renewal. Monies can be used for workshops. Workshops that occur during the normal work day shall be limited to one per year, up to two days per workshop.
