Reinstatement to Full-Time. 1. If a team chooses not to continue the partnership, they shall be reinstated to a fulltime position for the following school year. The team member with the greater seniority shall have the option of retaining the assignment of the job sharing team or be assigned to a position which is comparable to the previously held position.

Reinstatement to Full-Time. An Employee who has been reduced to part-time employment must be offered the first full-time job that opens, provided that his or her skill and ability equip him or her to fill the position and he or she is available to work the open shift.
Reinstatement to Full-Time. An employee who has been reduced involuntarily to part time employment must be offered the first full-time job that opens in the store in which he is employed, provided that his ability and skill equip him to fill the job.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Temporary Full-Time A temporary appointment equivalent to eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. A temporary full-time employee will be paid on a monthly, hourly, or fixed partial monthly salary basis. Any applicable benefits will be calculated on a partial monthly or pay period, pay status basis, whichever is appropriate.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
