  • Relationship to Plan This Award is subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the Plan and administrative interpretations thereunder, if any, which have been adopted by the Committee thereunder and are in effect on the date hereof.   • Employment Relationship Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.   • Termination of Employment Relationship Your employment is terminable -------------------------------------- at will. That means that your employment relationship with Cardinal may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, subject to the notice provision addressed below.
