Release Time for Job Stewards. Release time for job stewards shall be granted pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of this Agreement.

Release Time for Job Stewards. Job stewards, as designated by CSEA 262, shall have release time 20 representing members, including but not limited to investigations and/or interviews regarding 21 representation matters, grievance, disciplinary, and evaluation appeal meetings. CSEA 262 shall 22 notify the Vice President, Human Resources, in writing, the names of the designated job stewards 23 when elected or appointed and when a change is made.
Release Time for Job Stewards. The Job Xxxxxxx will notify his or her immediate supervisor of the proposed release time needed for the xxxxxxx to attend any of the aforementioned items. The xxxxxxx will make every effort to notify the immediate supervisor 24 hours in advance. The supervisor shall make every effort to accommodate the request barring a bonafide District operational need.
Release Time for Job Stewards. A job xxxxxxx shall receive a maximum of three 33 (3) hours release time per calendar month for grievance investigation and 34 processing. The three (3) hours of release time per month are accumulative and 35 shall expire at the end of the fiscal year if not used.

  • Job Stewards 10.01 Job Stewards shall be recognized on all jobs and they shall not be discriminated against. It will be his/her duty to attend to all complaints between the workers on the job and the company to endeavor to reach a settlement before these complaints become grievances.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Shop Stewards The Employer agrees to the operation of a Shop Xxxxxxx system which shall be governed by the following:

  • Employment of trained personnel The Concessionaire shall ensure that the personnel engaged by it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement are at all times properly trained for their respective functions.

  • Leave of Absence for Union Functions a) Upon request to the Employer, an Employee elected or appointed to represent the Union at conventions shall be allowed leave of absence with pay and benefits.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee including a casual employee, and a temporary employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.

  • Union Stewards (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Union stewards to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period for the purpose of dealing with Union business as provided under this Collective Agreement.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union or Public Duties An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, or who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority.
