An employee whose religious affiliation requires the observance of a regularly scheduled religious service during an employee's scheduled workday shall be granted leave for a maximum of two (2) days annually for such services. Leave shall be taken as personal or leave without pay. Religious leave shall be charged in one-half (1/2) day increments.
