Relocation and Related Expenses. Executive will relocate his principal residence and the Company will reimburse Executive up to $50,000 for any and all documented and reasonable moving expenses and reasonable new residence establishment expenses, including, but not limited to brokers fees, attorneys' fees, recording fees, title insurance fees and real estate transfer taxes for the sale of Executive's current principal residence or in the purchase of Executive's new residence or both, fees or points paid in connection with the purchase of Executive's new residence, necessary travel, and meals arising out of Executive's relocation (the "Relocation Allowance") and the attorneys' fees and costs Executive incurred in connection with this Agreement and the Appendices. In addition, the Company will reimburse Executive for the reasonable costs of temporary housing for up to 90 days following the Effective Date (the "Temporary Housing Allowance").
Relocation and Related Expenses. In order to assist the Executive with the costs associated with relocation (including but not limited to travel for him and for his family, temporary housing, furnishings and other associated expenses), within 30 days following the Effective Date, the Company shall pay to the Executive a lump sum amount of $272,000; provided, that if the Executive’s employment is terminated due to the Executive’s resignation other than for Good Reason or due to Disability or by the Company for Cause (each such term as defined below) prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date, the Executive shall promptly repay such amount to the Company. The Company shall also pay all costs of packing and moving the Executive’s household goods and vehicles up to $30,000, subject to the Company’s receipt of adequate documentation for expenses incurred.
Relocation and Related Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Company pursuant to its standard relocation policies in place from time to time, for the following expenses:
(i) Reasonable commuting and temporary living expenses for a period not to exceed six months;
(ii) Ordinary expenses for the transportation of household and personal goods to the Frederick, Maryland area;
(iii) In lieu of any payments under the Company's Employee Relocation Policy and/or practices relative to the sale or purchase of a home by the Executive, the Company shall make a payment in the amount of $100,000 at the time the Executive closes on the purchase of a home in the Frederick, Maryland area.
(iv) Such other reasonable and necessary expenses as shall be approved by the appropriate senior Company officer or President of FNB related to the Executive's relocation to the Frederick, Maryland area.
Relocation and Related Expenses. Employee acknowledges that Employer is considering relocating its principal office. Employer shall reimburse Employee for moving expenses incurred by Employee up to a maximum of $50,000 to relocate his primary residence near Employer's principal office.
Relocation and Related Expenses. Employer shall reimburse Employee for additional living costs incurred by Employee until Employee has relocated his primary residence near Employer's headquarters. Such relocation shall be completed during the first three months of the Term. Employer shall reimburse Employee for reasonable costs incurred by Employee in such relocation, in an amount to be approved by the CEO. If necessary, Employer shall also reimburse Employee for the costs of maintaining health insurance coverage with his former employer under COBRA, until Employee and his dependents are covered by Employer's health insurance plans.
Relocation and Related Expenses. Relocation Allowance: You will receive a relocation allowance equal to one -------------------- month's base salary of up to $10,000. Your allowance is 22,045 DM ($10,000)(tax --------- protected). The relocation allowance is intended to help cover some of the incidental expenses, which may be encountered as a result of the Company initiated relocation. This allowance will be a one-time payment made approximately two weeks prior to arrival at the assignment location. Movement of household goods: Transportation charges of moving your goods from --------------------------- your residence in Germany, to your assignment location in St. Xxxx, MN (including duties) will be paid by the Company subject to the following limitations: Air: 500 lb. limit Surface: 1,500 lb. limit ---- -------- The Company will pay for moving only personal effects. This does not include furniture, special items of high value, size or width. Transportation charges for moving a similar weight of household goods will be paid upon your return to Germany.
Relocation and Related Expenses. In order to assist Executive in the smooth transition from his current home location to the greater Los Angeles region, the Company will provide Executive with the relocation and related benefits described herein.
(a) The Company will provide directly or reimburse Executive for all reasonable and customary moving expenses associated with Executive’s relocation to the greater Los Angeles region, up to a maximum of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) (the “Relocation Expenses”), subject to Executive’s submission of appropriate receipts and invoices.
(b) Relocation Expenses do not include payment of any costs associated with buying or selling a home. Therefore, in order to mitigate Executive’s costs with respect to such expenses, the Company will reimburse any reasonable and customary brokers fees and other directly related costs (excluding taxes) associated with the sale of Executive’s primary residence in the Seattle, Washington area (“Primary Residence”), up to a maximum amount equal to the lesser of: (x) actual fees and costs (excluding taxes) incurred; or (y) the amount by which the price Executive paid to purchase the Primary Residence exceeds the total proceeds received by Executive for the sale of the Primary Residence, net of broker fees and costs (but not taxes) (“Net Home Sale Costs”), subject to Executive’s submission of appropriate receipts and invoices.
(c) The Company understands that Executive’s relocation may take some time to complete. During such time, Executive generally will travel to the Company’s Santa Xxxxxx offices. To assist Executive during this relocation period, until the earlier of (i) the completion of Executive’s relocation to the greater Los Angeles region, or (ii) September 30, 2016, the Company will reimburse Executive for the reasonable costs of flights from his current home location to the greater Los Angeles region, as well as for accommodations in the Los Angeles area during the workweek, in each case, in accordance with the Company’s travel policy (the “Transition Expenses”).
(d) To be reimbursable, Relocation Expenses, Net Home Sale Costs, and Transition Expenses must be incurred, and appropriate receipts and invoices submitted to the Company, no later than December 31, 2016. Relocation Expenses, Net Home Sale Costs and Transition Expenses for which appropriate receipts and have been timely submitted will be reimbursed to Executive as soon as administratively practicable after such submission. Relocation and Related Expenses. To assist you in your relocation to the Andover, Massachusetts area, the Company will (i) reimburse your relocation expenses to the extent provided under the Company's current relocation policy; and, to the extent not duplicative of reimbursement provided you under the Company's relocation policy; (ii) compensate you for the difference, if any, between the price you paid to purchase your current residence in McLean, Virginia and the selling price of that residence, provided that you make reasonable efforts to obtain fair market value for the residence; and (iii) reimburse your reasonable temporary living expenses in the Andover, Massachusetts area and commuting expenses between Massachusetts and Virginia for up to six months or, if less, until you and your family have permanently relocated to the Andover, Massachusetts area. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Company's relocation policy, you will be permitted to select the real estate agents for the sale of your Virginia residence and the purchase of a Massachusetts residence. For the purpose of this Section 2.e, "living expenses" shall include reasonable costs for lodging, meals, laundry, groceries, dry cleaning, and telephone calls, but will not include expenses that normally would be incurred by you if you were not relocating such as, but not limited to, mileage to and from work, car insurance and car repairs.
Relocation and Related Expenses. In order to assist the Executive with the costs associated with relocation (including but not limited to travel for him and for his family, temporary housing, furnishings and other associated expenses), the Company shall reimburse the Executive up to $100,000 for such items, which reimbursements shall be structured in as tax-efficient a manner as possible, based on the relevant provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and the regulations thereunder. In addition, the Company shall reimburse the Executive up to $75,000 per year during the Agreement Term for flights between northern California and the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio Metropolitan Area.
Relocation and Related Expenses. In connection with Shahar's ------------------------------- relocation to California, the Corporation shall provide the following payments and reimbursements to Shahar:
i. Until the earlier of November 14, 2002 or until the closing date of Shahar's purchase of a home in California, the Corporation will reimburse Shahar for rental payments made by Shahar on a home in California, up to $8,000 per month. The rental security deposit of $15,000 previously paid on behalf of Shahar shall be credited against the final reimbursement payments payable to Shahar under this subsection 3.h.
