Temporary Housing Allowance. Beginning April 1, 2005, the Company, at its cost, shall provide temporary furnished housing for the Executive on a month-to-month basis for a minimum of three months. Thereafter, the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive shall review the temporary housing allowance and mutually determine, on a month-to-month basis, whether to continue it for a maximum period up to January 31, 2006.
Temporary Housing Allowance. The Company agrees that for a period of three (3) months, commencing on February 7, 2000, Company shall pay to Executive one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per month as a temporary housing allowance.
Temporary Housing Allowance. The Company will provide Employee with a monthly temporary-housing allowance not to exceed $3,000 per month, for the first twelve (12) months of the Employment Period, if necessary depending on Employee’s primary work location. In the event Employee has not secured permanent accommodations by the first annual anniversary of the Employment period, the Company may continue to provide a temporary-housing allowance on trade in such amount and for such duration as the Company determinations in its discretion.
Temporary Housing Allowance. Employer agrees to provide Executive with a temporary housing allowance of Fifteen Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00) per month for six (6) months, to be paid at the beginning of each month.
Temporary Housing Allowance. To assist Executive with Executive’s relocation to San Diego, the Company will provide Executive with a temporary housing allowance of $6,500 per month for 12 months, for a maximum of $78,000. The temporary housing allowance will be paid on the first pay period of each month after the Start Date, subject to Executive’s continued service through each such date, and is subject to all applicable withholding and payroll taxes. The temporary housing allowance payment will be grossed up to compensate for income taxes, which tax gross-up shall be paid in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(i)(1)(v). In the event that (i) Executive voluntarily terminates his employment with the Company without Good Reason (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, or (ii) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, Executive agrees to repay the full amount of the temporary housing allowance (together with any related tax-gross up payment) actually paid to Executive within thirty (30) days after termination of Executive’s employment.
Temporary Housing Allowance. If you commence employment with the Company as of the Closing, then to assist in your relocation to the Chicago, Illinois, the Company will reimburse you for up to six (6) months of reasonable temporary housing expenses in the Chicago area following presentation of documentation in a form acceptable to the Company of such expenses.
Temporary Housing Allowance. During the first six (6) months of the Employment Term, the Company shall provide Executive with a temporary housing allowance in the gross amount of $2,000 per month, payable on the first regularly scheduled payroll date of the Company each month.
Temporary Housing Allowance. During the first year of the Employment Period, the Company shall provide to the Executive a monthly allowance equal to up $2,000 for the rental of temporary housing in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area. After the first year of the Employment Period, the Company and the Executive shall re-evaluate the need for such allowance and a decision shall be made by the Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, whether to continued this perquisite.
Temporary Housing Allowance. During the initial two years of the Term of Employment, the Company shall provide Executive with a monthly allowance for housing in the San Francisco Bay Area. The amount of the allowance shall be $3,000 per month for the initial year of the Term of Employment and $2,000 per month for the second year of the Term of Employment. This allowance shall be payable to Executive, less authorized deductions and withholding obligations, on the first regular payroll date of each month. For the avoidance of doubt, Executive shall not be entitled to a housing allowance after the second anniversary of Effective Date.
Temporary Housing Allowance. EMPLOYEE shall be provided with a temporary housing allowance for a period of six (6) months from the Effective date in the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) per month.
