Temporary Housing Allowance. Beginning April 1, 2005, the Company, at its cost, shall provide temporary furnished housing for the Executive on a month-to-month basis for a minimum of three months. Thereafter, the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive shall review the temporary housing allowance and mutually determine, on a month-to-month basis, whether to continue it for a maximum period up to January 31, 2006.

Temporary Housing Allowance. The Company agrees that for a period of three (3) months, commencing on February 7, 2000, Company shall pay to Executive one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per month as a temporary housing allowance.
Temporary Housing Allowance. The Company will provide Employee with a monthly temporary-housing allowance not to exceed $3,000 per month, for the first twelve (12) months of the Employment Period, if necessary depending on Employee’s primary work location. In the event Employee has not secured permanent accommodations by the first annual anniversary of the Employment period, the Company may continue to provide a temporary-housing allowance on trade in such amount and for such duration as the Company determinations in its discretion.

In the event that (i) Executive voluntarily terminates her employment with the Company without Good Reason (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, or (ii) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, Executive agrees to repay the full amount of the temporary housing allowance (together with any related tax-gross up payment) within thirty (30) days after termination of Executive’s employment.
Temporary Housing Allowance. For a period of twelve full months, commencing on a date specified by the Executive which shall be within three months after the Effective Date, or until the date that the Executive relocates his primary residence to a location in the New York City metropolitan area, the Company shall provide the Executive with a suitable one-bedroom apartment in Manhattan (and shall pay related utility charges, other than personal long distance telephone charges) and shall also provide the Executive with monthly parking in a garage in proximity to that apartment. The apartment, utilities and parking referred to in this paragraph shall be provided to the Executive, or the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for those expenses, on an after-tax basis so that he shall be reimbursed for any resulting income tax liability (including any income tax liability resulting from payments made pursuant to this sentence).
Temporary Housing Allowance. If you commence employment with the Company as of the Closing, then to assist in your relocation to the Chicago, Illinois, the Company will reimburse you for up to six (6) months of reasonable temporary housing expenses in the Chicago area following presentation of documentation in a form acceptable to the Company of such expenses.
