Notice to Unit Members. No later than October 1 of the year in which the formal or informal evaluation is to take place, the District shall give unit members a copy of the evaluation procedures, the criteria upon which the evaluation is to be based, the Governing Board’s established Standards of Expected Pupil Achievement at each grade level in each area of study, and the identity of their evaluator. In addition, the District shall give each probationary unit member the name of an experienced person who will provide assistance to the probationary unit member.
Notice to Unit Members. No later than the end of the second week of September, the District shall give unit members being evaluated a copy of the evaluation procedures, the evaluation forms, the criteria upon which the evaluation is to be based (CSTP’s), and the identity of their evaluator. In addition, the District shall give each temporary and probationary unit member the name of an experienced person (CT, BTSA Support Provider, or peer teacher) who will provide him or her assistance.
Notice to Unit Members. No later than October 1 of the year in which the formal evaluation is to take place, the District shall give unit members a copy of the evaluation procedures, the criteria upon which the evaluation is to be based and the identity of their evaluator. In addition, the District shall give each unit member a list, supplied by the association of experienced unit members who are available to provide assistance.
9.4.1 Late start unit members, as referenced in section 9.1.1.1, will be provided such a notice within five weeks of their start date.
Notice to Unit Members. Notice of layoff will be given to CSEA and the unit member affected at least 1900 sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of layoff, which will be specified in 1901 notice. If the District must eliminate classified positions at the end of any 1902 school year as a result of the expiration of specifically funded program(s), the 1903 District shall provide notice to the unit members subject to layoff by April 29. 1904 This notice requirement will not apply under circumstances authorized by 1905 Education Code Section 45117(d). This Section reflects the requirements of 1906 Education Code Section 45117 in effect on October 28, 2013. If the 1907 Education Code notice requirements change in future years, the notice 1908 requirements of law shall prevail over the provisions of this Section.
Notice to Unit Members. 3.1 Pursuant to Education Code section 49079, a unit member shall be informed in writing at the time a student is enrolled in his/her class, or as soon as the administrator knows, of the student's history of violent behavior or conduct which caused, or was a threat to cause, bodily injury to another person. Any information received by a unit member pursuant to this provision shall be maintained in confidence and shall not be further disseminated by the unit member.
3.1.1 The site administration shall inform any other unit members who, in the judgment of the administration, should also be aware of a particular student's history of violent behavior or conduct, which caused, or threatened to cause, bodily injury to another person. All information regarding a particular student’s history is confidential and shall not be further disseminated by the unit member. Other unit members working directly with the student should be informed.
3.1.2 Teachers shall be informed of previous discipline for all students assigned to their class based upon records that the District maintains in its ordinary course of business or receives from a law enforcement agency. The unit member shall be informed through ATLAS Student Portfolio, which is the student’s official record.
3.2 The District will make every reasonable effort to notify unit members, within 24 hours of specific threats to teachers any staff, or the school site of physical violence and/or the presence of weapons or criminal activity on or in the immediate vicinity of the school site. Notification will be made for incidents which impact the school community as a whole.

Notice to Unit Members. 22.2.1 The District agrees to provide CSEA with thirty (30) calendar days' advanced notice of any Board action under Education Code section 45117 that a unit member's services will not be required for the ensuing year due to lack of work or lack of funds. Procedures for layoff notice and right to hearing are set forth in Ed Code section 45117. If the District must eliminate classified positions as a result of the expiration of specifically funded program(s), the District shall provide written notice of the layoff to the unit member(s) no less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the effective date of their lay-off.
22.2.2 The notice shall contain:
