Relocation Benefit. If, within the Benefit Period after the Executive's Termination of Employment, the Executive gives the Company written notice that he desires to relocate within the continental United States, the Company will reimburse the Executive for any reasonable relocation expenses (in accordance with the Company's general relocation policy for executives as then in effect, or, at the Executive's election, as in effect on the Change in Control Date) in connection with such relocation.

Relocation Benefit. The Company will provide the Executive with the same relocation benefits for his move from his current residence to a residence near the Company's principal office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as are provided on the date of this Agreement by his current employer.
Relocation Benefit. The Company will provide relocation assistance to the Executive (in an amount up to $200,000) for relocation expenses, including an additional payment (“gross-up”) in respect of any taxable portion of the Executive’s relocation benefit such that the Executive is placed in the same after-tax position in respect of such relocation assistance as if such benefit were not taxable, all in accordance with the Company’s relocation policy. If the Executive’s employment terminates due to the Executive’s resignation, other than for Good Reason, within the first twenty-four (24) months following the Effective Date, the Executive shall be required to reimburse the Company for the full amount of the relocation benefit provided to the Executive.

Relocation Benefit. The Company shall reimburse the reasonable ------------------ expenses of the Executive and his family in relocating to the Chicago metropolitan area from Montreal, Canada, in accordance with the Company's existing relocation policy, including, without limitation: (i) moving expenses, (ii) temporary living arrangements, (iii) "home visit" expenses, (iv) real estate commissions and closing costs on the sale of the Executive's current residence, and (v) real estate commissions and closing costs on the purchase of a residence in the Chicago metropolitan area. The Employee agrees to furnish the Company with substantiation for the moving expenses he incurs, in accordance with Company policy. The portion of the moving expenses attributable to the Executive's "qualified moving expenses" (as such term is defined in Code Section 132) is eligible for exclusion from the Executive's gross income, and the reimbursement of such expenses shall not be reported by the Company as taxable income of the Executive. The reimbursement of any expenses that do not qualify as "qualified moving expenses" shall be reported as taxable compensation on the Executive's IRS Form W-2 for the calendar year in which such payment was made and shall be "grossed-up" for tax purposes pursuant to Company policy.
Relocation Benefit. If Executive notifies the Company in writing of his intention to relocate his primary personal residence to the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area during the Employment Period in connection with is employment by the Company, Executive shall be eligible for a relocation benefit under the Company’s executive relocation program.
