Removal and Rebuttal. Upon written request of the employee, written reprimands/warnings will be removed from the employee’s personnel file after two (2) years, so long as no other similar disciplinary actions occur within that time period. Employees shall have the right to submit rebuttal material to any critical material contained in their personnel file.
