REMOVAL ASSISTANCE. The Employees shall be entitled to Articles 42 and 43 of the Collective Agreement except that where an Employee receives assistance to return to the point of hire and back to the community of employment after each rotation the following will apply: No ultimate removal or removal on initial appointment will be provided. However, transportation costs including meals and interim lodging en route plus cost for shipment of 500 pounds of luggage for the Employee and each dependant will be provided for each rotation. For the purpose of this clause only, a rotation is considered to be the move to the place of employment and the move from the place of employment before and after each period of job share service. Pay increments will be applied upon completion of 1950 hours, excluding overtime.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues.   • Educational Assistance Section 1. Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.

  • Mutual Assistance The Parties will do all things reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out such terms and provisions.

  • Financial Assistance Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the Director hereby grants to the Recipient financial assistance, as established in this section, for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the eligible costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for the completion of the Project.

  • OPWC Financial Assistance Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide to the Recipient financial assistance not to exceed the amount as set forth in Appendix C of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project (the "Funds").

  • Structure of Assistance The Program is envisioned as a revolving fund. The Program will make a five-year, non-recourse, zero-percent forgivable, non- amortizing loan in which a second lien is recorded on the property. Twenty percent of the loan will be forgiven for each year the loan is outstanding. If the property is sold or refinanced prior to the loan termination date, the Program will recover funds should sufficient equity be available from the transaction.
