RENT INCREASES AND LEASE CHANGES. No changes to the Rent or other provisions of this Lease (other than changes to the Rules and Regulations, as described in paragraph 16 of the Terms and Conditions) will be imposed during the initial Term.

RENT INCREASES AND LEASE CHANGES. No rent increases or Lease changes are allowed before the initial Lease term ends, except for those allowed by special provisions in Par. 9, by a written ad- dendum or amendment signed by you and us, or by reasonable changes of apartment rules allowed under Par. 19. If, at least 5 days before the advance-notice deadline referred to in Par. 3, we give you written notice of rent increases or Lease changes that become effective when the Lease term or renewal period ends, this Lease will automatically continue month-to-month with the increased rent or Lease changes. The new modified Lease will begin on the date stated in the notice (without needing your signature) unless you give us written move-out notice under Par. 36. The written move-out notice under Par. 36 applies only to the end of the current Lease or renewal period.
RENT INCREASES AND LEASE CHANGES. Owner may notify Residents in writing of any increase in rent five (5) days before the final date that Residents are required to give their move-out notice. The new rent shall take effect on the date stated in the notice and after the current lease term expires. Owner may deliver the notice of an increase in rent via email or other electronic messaging service. Residents are not required to sign the written notice of rent increase or other documents for the new rent amount to take effect.

For rent increases or other lease changes effective at the end of the lease term or renewal period, at least 30 days notice to lessee is required. If such notice is given to lessee, this lease shall automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the increased rental rate or with the other lease changes, beginning on the effective date of the rental increase or other lease changes.

RENT INCREASES AND LEASE CHANGES. No changes to the Rent or other provisions of this Lease (other than changes to the Rules and Regulations, as described in paragraph 16 of the Terms and Conditions) will be imposed during the initial Term. Thereafter, during the month to month renewal period, the Rent and other provisions of this Lease may be amended by UTA on not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to Lessee, such amendments to be effective as of the date set forth in the UTA notice.
RENT INCREASES AND LEASE CHANGES. Owner shall have the right to modify any of the terms of this Lease including the amount of Rent or other charges due and payable by Resident, to be effective at the expiration of the Lease term by providing Resident with at least 65 days’ notice of such modification or, to be effective as of the expiration of any month-to-month renewal period by providing Resident with at least 35 days’ notice of such modification. Resident shall be obligated to comply with the Lease modification from and after the date when the Lease term or renewal period ends as if such modification were incorporated directly into this Lease, as signed by Resident. Resident acknowledges that such lease modification may include, but is not necessarily limited to, increasing the rent by assessing a month-to-month fee to be paid by Resident in addition to Resident’s Monthly Rent amount.
RENT INCREASES AND LEASE CHANGES. No rent increases or Lease changes are allowed before the end of the initial Lease term unless agreed to in writing by both Landlord and Resident. If at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the initial or any renewal term, Landlord gives Resident written notice of rent increase and/or Lease changes, and Resident does not give notice of move out, then this Lease will automatically continue month-to-month at the increased rent rate and/or Lease changes. The new modified month-to-month Lease will begin upon the expiration of the initial or renewal term.
