RENTAL GUIDELINES. 1. Rental of the Clubhouse does not include use of the pool unless arrangements are made ahead of time. It is possible to use the pool during your event if arrangements are made in advance. Please note, the pool will not close to the membership during its regular operating hours for the exclusive use of your guests. However, you may arrange to use the pool while it is open to the membership or you may arrange to keep it open after regular hours for the exclusive use of your group.

RENTAL GUIDELINES. A. RESERVATION REQUESTS All reservations are scheduled based upon first come, first serve basis. Please submit your reservation requests as soon as possible to ensure the best opportunity for availability.

RENTAL GUIDELINES. No activities shall infringe on normal Duplin Country Club operations. Any activities requiring earlier access or later exit than normal business hours must be outlined in the contract above. The premises leased shall include only those areas outlined in the contract above. The rate for the Clubhouse rental is for 8 hours to include 3 hours of renter/vendor set up and break down. If the event goes over the pre-set time, you will be charged in hour increments at the price outlined in the contract above. Rental fee includes the spaces and tables and chairs outlined in the contract above. Any additional tables or chairs required, as well as extra linens can be added to the rental contract. Duplin Country Club may be contracted to set-up tables and chairs not included in rental for an additional fee. Admission Fees: Events where guests are charged an admission fee are strictly prohibited.
RENTAL GUIDELINES. If a group requests the use of a room that is typically open for member use, the request must be approved by the Catering Manager and will carry an opening fee determined by the General Manager. For a social function, in order to be exempt from the club usage charge, the function must be for a member, member’s spouse, member’s child or grandchild. Other family members and friends will be subject to this charge. For a corporate function, the party must be for the member’s company and the reservation must be made by the member or the member’s secretary/assistant. The River Club is closed on Tuesdays. A request for use of the clubhouse on a Tuesday is subject to approval by the General Manager. An additional charge of $1,000 will be charged for a Tuesday opening. All Functions are permitted a maximum of 5 hours. Should your Party extend past this time, a fee of $250 per hour will apply. In addition, should your event extend past 12 midnight a fee of $500 per hour will apply. All persons/vendors must be off-site by 1:00 a.m. (no exceptions)

RENTAL GUIDELINES. A contact must be signed by the North Alabama Agriplex Board and the renting agency or group. Payment is due by the day of the rental. There is a Refundable deposit of $20 or $50 that must be received before the rental is reserved. This deposit will be returned after your event, if the building is returned to its previous condition. RENTAL GUIDELINES. Any former or current weaving student may be eligible for rental of the table looms, but must comply with the policies and practices outlined herein. They must also comply with the policies and practices outlined herein. At the time of check-out, please ensure the table loom is in good working order and that no defects, broken pieces, or parts are included in the loom you are renting, noting any of the above on this rental form. Please be descriptive with any notes. Only students who have completed or are currently enrolled in a weaving class at the SBMA are able to use the table looms. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure this rule is met while the table loom is off-site. If a scheduled retal cannot be held because of a strike, war, riot, disaster, or act of God, neither party shall be liable under this contract.

  • Policies and Practices The employment relationship between the Parties shall be governed by this Agreement and the policies and practices established by the Company and the Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”). In the event that the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s policies or practices or the Company’s Employee Handbook, this Agreement shall control.
