REPAIR SERVICES LOGISTICS. 1) Buyer shall be responsible for all actions and costs related to packing and crating the components of the Covered Units for shipment from the Site to Seller's Repair Facilities and for unpacking and uncrating the components of the Covered Units upon return to Buyer's Facility. Seller shall bear all transportation costs related to shipment of the components of the Covered Units to and from the Site and Seller's Repair Facility. Notwithstanding any other provisions in the Contract, Buyer shall bear risk of loss and related insurance costs for the components of the Covered Units while in transit to or from the Repair Facilities. Seller shall bear risk of loss and related insurance costs for the components while at the Repair Facilities.

REPAIR SERVICES LOGISTICS. 6.4.1 Repair Services Conducted at the Repair Facilities For Parts to which the Owner retains title when they are removed from the BOP Equipment, and which are to be repaired or refurbished at Repair Facilities and returned to Owner, the following shall apply: Contractor shall be responsible, at its cost, for packing and preparing the Parts for shipment from the Site and Owner shall arrange, at Owner’s cost, the transportation of the parts to the Repair Facilities. Custom’s clearance for temporary exportation shall be Owner’s responsibility. For the transportation of the repaired Parts of BOP Equipment back to the Site, Contractor shall deliver, at its cost, such Parts back to Site, and Owner shall perform custom clearance. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement, including any reference to INCOTERMS, Owner shall bear risk of loss and related insurance costs for the Parts of BOP Equipment while in transit to the Repair Facilities and Contractor shall bear the risk of loss for the Parts while they are at the Repair Facilities and until they are delivered back to Site. For Parts under warranty the procedure defined in Section 8.1 shall apply.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to the terms of this Exhibit and Licensee's payment of all Maintenance fees, MyECheck will provide the following:

  • The Services Custodian shall provide to the Funds the services described in Exhibit A attached hereto (which services are hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). The Funds shall, promptly after the date hereof, deliver or cause to be delivered to Custodian copies of all documents and information listed on Schedule II to this Loan Servicing Agreement relating to the loans or loan commitments (the “Loans”) being serviced for the loan portfolio(s) described on Exhibit A-1 (the “Portfolio(s)”).

  • PROJECT SERVICES Landlord shall furnish services as follows:

  • Training Services Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.
