REPORT ALLOWANCE. 18.07 In the event that an employee reports for work on his/her regular shift, without having been previously notified not to report, he/she will be given at least four (4) hours work at his/her regular rate of pay or if no work is available, his/her regular rate of pay in lieu of work. This provision shall not apply when there is a lack of work due to a situation beyond the control of the Company.

REPORT ALLOWANCE. 17.01 In the event that an Employee reports for work on their regular shift and the Company has not made a good faith attempt to advise the Employee not to report, they will be given at least four (4) hours employment at their regular straight time hourly rate of pay or, at the election of the Company, they will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their regular straight time hourly rate. If the Company decides not to provide work as a result of some occurrence beyond the control of the Company, the Company shall not be liable to pay an Employee under this Article.   • Transport Allowance In partial modification of Clause 10 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 2005, Transport Allowance shall be paid as under with effect from 1st November, 2007. Clerical and Subordinate Staff Upto 15th stage of the scale of Pay - Rs. 225/- per month 16th stage of the scale of Pay and above - Rs. 275/- per month Note:

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager.
