Strikes or Lock outs 7.01 In view of the provisions for the orderly settlement of grievances as set out in this Agreement, there shall be no lock-out by the Employer or any strike, sit-down, slow-down, or suspension or interruption of work during the term of this Agreement. 7.02 It is further agreed by the Union that there will be no sympathetic action by the Employees covered by the terms of this Agreement which, in any way whatsoever, relates to contractual difficulties with Employees not covered by the terms of this Agreement.

Strikes or Lock. OUTS There shall be no strike or lock-out so long as the collective agreement continues to operate. The word "Strike" and the word "Lock-out" shall have the meaning as set out in The Labour Relations Act, and subsequent changes thereto.

During the term of this collective agreement, the trade union agrees that there will be no strikes, work stoppages, slowdowns, picketing, interruption or interference with work or the operations of the employer, including picketing or boycotts by, or on behalf of, the employees. No member, officer or representative of the trade union shall authorize, instigate, aid or condone any such activities and all stewards and bargaining committee members shall repudiate such activities and attend work as normal.

  • STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held the Union will not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown, or any stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer's operation through its members. 5.02 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held, the Employer will not engage in any lockout of its employees or deliberately restrict or reduce the hours of work.

  • STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS During the term of this Collective Agreement the Union agrees that there shall be no strike and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lock-out. Subject to any Labour Relations Board (or any succeeding body) directives, if an employee employed under the terms of this Collective Agreement refuses in good conscience to cross a legal picket line, the employee shall be considered to be absent without pay, and it shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
