Reportable Interim Projects. The Local Agencies proposing to undertake or approve an interim project will notify the Wildlife Agencies pursuant to section 6.6.2 about Reportable Interim Projects that have the potential to adversely impact proposed Covered Species and natural communities within the Planning Area.

Reportable Interim Projects. Proposed development or construction projects, whether conducted by a Member Agency or requiring permits from a Member Agency, that are located in the Planning Area shall be reported as described in section II of this Exhibit, “Notification Process” if they meet all of the following criteria: • A determination has been made by the Member Agency, on or after the effective date of this Agreement, that the proposed project is not exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; and • the proposed project is located in the “Reportable Area” shown in Exhibit D and further explained in section IV of this Exhbit. Examples of reportable interim projects include, but are not limited to: • Residential, commercial, and industrial developments requiring an initial study; • Rural residential projects (“ranchettes”) located within the “Reportable Area” indicated on Exhibit D; • Road construction, road widening, and bridge construction; • New pipelines and treatment plants; • Construction of new recreational facilities; and • Communications services projects such as cellular phone antennas. Examples of non-reportable interim projects include, but are not limited to: • Residential, commercial, and industrial developments not requiring an initial study; • Residential, commercial, and industrial developments not located in the “Reportable Area” indicated in Exhibit D; • Projects only requiring a building permit; • Projects that only require permits from the Contra Costa County Department of Agriculture; • Applications for construction of a second unit on a lot with an existing single family home; and • Road and infrastructure maintenance.
Reportable Interim Projects. The Applicant reviews its proposed projects and activities to promote compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Based on project scope, Applicant’s internal review will include activities such as evaluating the environmental impacts of projects and activities that involve ground disturbance, removal of vegetation, off-road travel, installation of new infrastructure, work within areas covered by an existing Incidental Take Permit(s), work on federal leases, or work in areas with known occurrences of listed or sensitive species. The Applicant’s proposed projects and activities are also potentially subject to review and approval by federal, state, and local agencies, including, but not limited to, the Wildlife Agencies, CalGEM, the Bureau of Land Management, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, the San Xxxxxxx Valley Air Pollution Control District, the County of Fresno, the County of Xxxx, and the County of Kings. The Applicant will notify the Wildlife Agencies pursuant to Section 6.6.2 of all projects proposed during the Interim Period that have the potential to adversely impact Covered Species and natural communities or conflict with the preliminary conservation objectives contained in Section 5 of this Planning Agreement. The Applicant will also notify the Wildlife Agencies pursuant to Section 6.6.2 regarding all proposed new development such as construction of new oil and gas xxxxx, pipelines, roads, electrical power lines, or other infrastructure and facilities that are located outside of established CalGEM Oil Field Administrative Boundaries, as these projects have the potential to conflict with the conservation objectives of the Plan. The proposed projects Applicant is required to notify Wildlife Agencies about pursuant to this paragraph are collectively referred to as “Reportable Interim Projects.” The Wildlife Agencies will review Reportable Interim Projects consistent with Section 6.6.3, and the Parties will coordinate regularly with respect to Reportable Interim Projects consistent with Section 6.6.4.

  • Monthly Progress Report This report shall include a description of the activities during the reporting period and the activities planned for the ensuing reporting period. The first reporting period consists of the first full month of performance plus any fractional part of the initial month. Thereafter, the reporting period shall consist of each calendar month. The Contractor shall submit a Monthly Progress Report on or before the 15th calendar day following the last day of each reporting period and shall include the following: Title Page: The title page for this report shall include the contract number and title; the type of report and period that it covers; the Contractor’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address; and the date of submission.

  • EDD Independent Contractor Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the state.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Contractors. An independent Contractor is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Final Project Report Prepare a Final Project Report that addresses, to the extent feasible, comments made by the Grant Manager on the Draft Final Project Report. Submit one (1) reproducible master and an electronic copy of the final. Upload an electronic copy of the final report in pdf format to the FAAST system.

  • FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO OWNER The Agent shall render statements of receipts, expenses, and other charges for the Property as requested by the Owner with no more than one (1) statement per month.

  • Historically Underutilized Businesses Subcontract Reports a) Vendor shall electronically provide each Customer with Vendor’s relevant Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Report, pursuant to the Contract, as required by Chapter 2161, Texas Government Code. Reports shall also be submitted to DIR.

  • Excluded Expenditures The Recipient undertakes that the proceeds of the Financing shall not be used to finance Excluded Expenditures. If the Association determines at any time that an amount of the Financing was used to make a payment for an Excluded Expenditure, the Recipient shall, promptly upon notice from the Association, refund an amount equal to the amount of such payment to the Association. Amounts refunded to the Association upon such request shall be cancelled.
