Reporting for Duty Where an employee is not notified beforehand not to report for duty, and she reports for duty at her regularly scheduled starting time she shall be paid for her entire shift even when work is not available in her normal assignment. TRUNK FORECASTING 58.1. CLEC shall provide forecasts for traffic utilization over trunk groups. Orders for trunks that exceed forecasted quantities for forecasted locations will be accommodated as facilities and/or equipment are available. Embarq shall make all reasonable efforts and cooperate in good faith to develop alternative solutions to accommodate orders when facilities are not available. Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network. Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
Time Reporting The Employer may require employees to accurately report time worked in accordance with a positive time reporting process as determined by the Agency.
Contract Reporting The Contractor shall report information on orders received from Customers associated with this Contract. No price adjustments will be considered for any Contractor who has outstanding reports, or any other documentation required under this Contract. Availability for Duty Where an employee is on availability duty (as defined by Clause 22.11 of the Award), he/she shall be paid an, ‘Availability for Duty Allowance’ of a minimum of $100.00 per week increasing to $105.00 per week on 1 July 2006, $110.00 per week on 1 July 2008 and $115.00 per week on 1 July 2010. Companies who have superior arrangements will maintain those superior arrangements.
Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
