Bargaining unit members acting within the scope of their employment responsibilities with respect to maintaining control and discipline of students shall be given support and assistance by the District. Any case of assault upon a staff member arising out of the performance of the staff member’s professional responsibilities at school or school sponsored functions shall be promptly reported to the Board or its designated representative. Student placement will occur only after a safety plan has been put into place to protect staff to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Reporting Incident. ‌ The Injured Teacher must report the incident to the police or county attorney and to the District Superintendent as soon as the Injured Teacher is physically able to do so. Paragraph 6: Accumulation:‌ The Injured Teacher shall be eligible for the leave during the period of time in which the Injured Teacher is physically totally disabled from performing his/her duties as a teacher for the District.   • Reporting on Utilization of Subject Inventions 1. The Performer agrees to submit, during the term of the Agreement, an annual report on the utilization of a Subject Invention or on efforts at obtaining such utilization that are being made by the Performer or its licensees or assignees. Such reports shall include information regarding the status of development, date of first commercial sale or use, gross royalties received by the Performer, and such other data and information as the agency may reasonably specify.   • Adverse Event Reporting Both Parties acknowledge the obligation to comply with the Protocol and / or applicable regulations governing the collection and reporting of adverse events of which they may become aware during the course of the Clinical Trial.
