Common use of Reporting Pay Clause in Contracts

Reporting Pay. (a) If an Employee reports to work on his or her regularly scheduled work day and there is insufficient or no work available he or she is entitled to four (4) hours’ pay at straight- time rate. (b) If an Employee is directed to report for work on a day of rest or on a designated paid holiday, and there is insufficient or no work available, he or she is entitled to four (4) hours’ pay at the appropriate overtime rate.

Reporting Pay. (a) If an Employee employee reports to work on his or her regularly their scheduled work day and there is insufficient or no work available he or she is insufficient work available, they are entitled to four (4) hours’ hours pay at straight- the straight-time rate. (b) If an Employee employee is directed to report for work on a day of rest or on a designated paid holiday, and there is no work or insufficient or no work available, he or she is they shall be entitled to four (4) hours’ hours pay at the appropriate applicable overtime raterates.
