Common use of Reporting Pay Clause in Contracts

Reporting Pay. Subject to 40.05, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the Agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Reporting Pay. Subject to 40.05clause 61.04, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision sub-clause 30.01(a) of the Agreementthis collective agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Reporting Pay. Subject to 40.05clause 36.05, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the Agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Reporting Pay. Subject to 40.0538.04, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the this Agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Subject to 40.0534.04, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the Agreementprovisions, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours hours’ pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Subject to 40.05clause 35.06, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the Agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Subject to 40.05clause 45.04, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the this Agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Subject to 40.0539.04, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the this Agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Notwithstanding there shall be no prorating of a "day" in clause Bereavement Leave With Pay.

Subject to 40.05clause 35.05, when a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive reporting pay on a day of rest, in accordance with the reporting pay provision of the Agreement, and is entitled to receive a minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate of pay.

Benefit Coverage Part-time employees shall be entitled to participate in the benefit plans provided in this Agreement in the same proportion as their normal weekly hours of work compared with the normal weekly hours of work specified of full-time employees unless specified in this Agreement.
