Reporting to Work. OPTION 1. Five (5) eight (8) hour days: (a) The Employer will not be obligated to pay any Laborer appearing for work if failure to go to work is due to inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work stoppage by another craft. Otherwise, two (2) hours of pay at the regular rate will be allowed for two (2) hours time for reporting to work, provided the Laborer remains at the jobsite to perform whatever work may be assigned to him. (b) If an Employee actually starts to work, he shall receive four (4) hours pay, except in cases of inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work stoppage by another craft.
