Common use of Request for Dues Check Off Clause in Contracts

Request for Dues Check Off. The exclusive representative shall be allowed dues check off for its members, provided that dues check off and the proceeds thereof shall not be allowed to any exclusive representative that has lost its right to dues check off pursuant to the PELRA.
