CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. The University and the student will complete and sign a room inventory of occupied space, including the number and condition of furnishings and the condition of premises assigned to the student. This checklist will be completed again at the end of the student’s occupancy and will serve as the basis for determining billable damages to the room and furnishings. The University may require an interim inventory to be completed prior to the end of the student’s occupancy if the University has reason to believe that removal of the furnishings or substantial damage to the premises or property has occurred. Check-outs will occur, barring approval from University Housing, within 48 hours of the actionable event (i.e. Last final of the semester, withdrawal, etc.). Check-outs not occurring within the prescribed time period without the approval of University Housing will be considered an “Improper Check-Out” and will be subject to a $25 fee and any applicable lock and key replacement costs.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. Check In time is anytime after 4:00pm on the day of your arrival. We will provide you with check in directions after we received the final payment. Check out time is no later than 11:00am on the day of your departure.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT a. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is 11 AM.
b. Guests may arrange for extra nights in advance to avoid any late checkout fees.
c. Extra nights are charged at the daily rate and may be granted if available.
d. Failure to check in or out at the following times can result in the loss of the refundable deposit.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. Tenant shall within eight (8) days of occupancy of the Premises, inspect the Premises and have returned to Landlord a completed Check-In/Check-Out form, detailing any defects or repairs needed within the Premises. The consequence of not timely returning the Check-In/Check-Out form is that the Landlord will then assume that there were no deficiencies in the Premises at the time of occupancy. Tenant agrees not to vacate the Premises without first contacting Landlord.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. We provide a personal check in and check out service. If you plan to leave earlier than your designated departure time, please let us know so that we can come earlier to check you out and lock up the house. In an emergency, there is a key safe at the property and the code is in the house book. But, please note, this is only for emergencies when we cannot get to the property in time.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. The unit will be ready for occupancy at 3:00 pm on the beginning date of the term and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the ending date.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. A Student may check into their assigned housing unit on the published check-in day and is entitled to remain there until 24 hours after their last day of examinations for the Spring Semester or by the published check-out date and time, whichever is sooner unless this Agreement is terminated earlier.
a. In the event of termination or cancellation of this Agreement, the Student must vacate their assigned housing unit within 48 hours of notice of termination or cancellation. If the Housing Agreement is terminated for the Spring semester, the student must check-out 24 hours after their last exam or by the published check-out date and time for the Fall semester, whichever is sooner. Published check-out dates and times will also be established for graduating students who are participating in a graduation ceremony.
b. When a Student moves out of a housing unit, the Student must schedule a check-out appointment with the Resident Assistant.
c. Failure to follow established check-out procedures will result in a $150.00 improper check- out fee.
d. Failure to appear at a scheduled check-out appointment or failure to arrive on time to a scheduled check-out appointment will result in a $25.00 fee.
e. Completion of any portion of the check-in procedures, i.e. acceptance of a room key and/or placement of personal belongings in the room, constitutes occupancy.
f. A Student is not considered checked-out until all published check-out procedures are followed including but not limited to completion of check-out appointment with Resident Assistant, removal of all belongings, unit cleaned and inspected, and room key returned to the Office of Housing and Residence Life.
g. Belongings/personal items left behind by a Student will be considered abandoned property. Any item(s) remaining in the Student's unit after check-out will be discarded. The Office of Housing and Residential Life is not responsible for belongings/personal items left behind by Students.
h. A Student who is approved to check-in earlier or check-out later than the published dates will be charged a per diem fee for each additional date. A Student not approved for late check-out but remaining in a housing unit beyond the published dates for check-out is subject to a daily fee of $100.00.
i. A Student planning to check in after the designated check-in periods is required to notify the Office of Housing and Residence Life of the Student’s late arrival. Failure to notify the Office of Housing and Residence Life prior to...
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. Check In is at 4:00 p.m. on the above listed arrival date. Guest must present a valid photo ID at check-in. If Guest balance and/or security deposit was paid by credit card, then that same credit card must be present along with a valid Government- issued ID matching the credit card at check-in (i.e. a driver’s license). Guest will be contacted 1- 2 days prior to arrival to arrange to meet on site for a brief check-in and walkthrough/tour. In some cases, it may not be possible for the Agent to meet the Guest on site at a requested time. In such instances, Agent will arrange to stop by within 24 hours of the Guest’s arrival to greet them and to provide personal assistance within reason. If an arrival/check-in greeting is arranged and guest shows up more than 30 minutes late but has not contacted the Agent in advance to let them know and/or to reschedule, the standard concierge rate will be billed for waiting time. It is imperative that the property be vacant long enough to prepare for each new Guest. Therefore, Guest must check out by 10:00am on the above listed departure date. Guest can, however, request a late Check out or an early Check-in for an additional $85.00 per hour or portion of the hour for late Check out. In the event that an unauthorized late Checkout causes a delay checking in the next incoming Guest, the Lake Checkout fee will be tripled.

Should Group require rooms to be guaranteed as an early arrival, Group will pay for the preceding night at the Group Room Rate to confirm. If guests arrive prior to check-in time and the guest room is not available, Hotel will store luggage on a complimentary basis.
