Requests for Release Time. 1. An employee shall request use of release time for activities identified in Sections D, G, and H of this Article from the employee’s supervisor at least eight (8) hours in advance. The Town shall not unreasonably deny requests for leave time. 2. An employee requesting such leave shall not leave the work site until the leave has been approved by the appropriate supervisor.
