Required and Optional Professional Growth Hours. Office Professionals and 18 Professional Technical employees will be allowed professional development at the 19 negotiated rate of overtime pay. 20 • 2019-2020 Sixteen (16) hours 21 • 2020-2021 Twenty (20) hours 22 • 2021-2022 Twenty (24) hours 23 Up to four (4) of these hours may be directed by the District for required training.
