Required Courses Leave. Where the Employer requests an employee to take a required course for a specific position, which will be of direct benefit to the employee and the Employer, the employee will be reimbursed for the cost of the course upon proof of successful completion. Where time away from work is required for the purposes of this Article, the Employer will provide leave with pay.
